Kelcy Warren was born and raised in White Oak, Texas, and was the youngest of four sons.
Growing up, his father worked for local business Sun Pipeline, which Kelcy now owns.
Education
He received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1978.
Career
He kicked off his career working for Lone Star Gas Company in the utilities sector.
